If you have placed an order, but have not receive an order confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder, and check that the e-mail you input in your order is correct
PICK-UPS
If you choose Pick Up, you will receive a notification once your order is ready (usually asap the same day). If you need your board gripped or assembled, it will take longer to prepare. (Still usually ready the same day, depending on order time) Pick Up details will be sent with the notification. Once you have received a notification that your order is ready, you can Pickup in our shop during business hours. If you need any assistance, please call 416-698-0005 once you arrive.
Prices & Taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Provincial HST rates apply on all orders.
Prices on the site do not include taxes or shipping costs. These amounts will be clearly displayed once you click on the Add to Cart button. You will have plenty of opportunity to calculate your total order cost, before proceeding to the final checkout & sending your order. You can browse & click on items, add them to your cart, see the total cost, remove items, or abandon the order entirely. Try it out!
Shipping Rates
We ship via Canada Post Expedited. We require a signature on delivery, to prevent theft by porch pirates! If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, Canada Post will leave a card with info on picking up your package at the nearest post office. Check the notice for the location & the time that the package will be available. (Usually 24 hours after attempted delivery).
Shipping rates have gone up in the last 2 years... (Almost any size box shipped, even just across town, costs minimum $15). So we have changed our shipping discount structure. Shipping is free when you spend $179 or more. We are trying to sustain our business, while paying living wages! Hopefully thriving...! We appreciate your business.

$179 or more = FREE SHIPPING
- We are trying our best to ship with paper packing only! We hope to encourage our suppliers to do the same and stop sending everything in plastic bags!Returns:
If you need to return an item, contact us & we will issue a return authorization number. If the item was shipped correctly as ordered, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.-- i.e.: your shoe box has been shipped inside a packing box, so please do not tape up & sticker the actual printed shoe box. Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned. Items that qualify for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Complete Build Your Board packages cannot be returned. Decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or removed from their shrink wrap. Shoes must not have been worn, and must be returned in their original box. Some items with the shrink wrap removed cannot be returned. In the event that a deck or other item has been removed from its original packaging (or gripped) and is deemed defective, contact us & we will accommodate you depending on the reason. Contact us regarding any warranty issues. A real person will deal with you in a prompt manner!
